Data collected and purpose
Through the quote form we collect name, company, email, phone and the technical data about the fluid and plant you send us. We use them only to answer your request and prepare a technical and commercial proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and consent given when submitting the form.
The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics that process personal data. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your browser sends your IP address to Google's servers to download them.
Recipients and retention
Requests are emailed to the controller's sales and technical offices and kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, in case of supply, for contractual and tax obligations. They are not shared with third parties for marketing. The hosting provider processes data as a processor.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to the controller through the site contacts. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
