External gear pumps, Bologna, Italy

Pumps for bitumen, molasses and the fluids other pumps cannot move

Since 1955 we have designed and built self-priming gear pumps with cast iron or AISI 316 stainless steel bodies and heating jackets, for fluids that are thick, hot, abrasive or solid at room temperature. Tell us the fluid: we will tell you the pump.

Flow rates
0.47 to 2,800 l/min
Fluids
bitumen, molasses, resins, oils, food
Heating
jacket, cartridges, hot-point
Materials
cast iron · AISI 316 · SEF versions

Pick the fluid, find the pump

Each page explains why that fluid is hard to pump, which series to use and which data we need to size it.

Molasses and viscous fluids

Resins, adhesives and chemicals

Food, cosmetics, stainless steel

How we get to the right pump

  1. Describe the fluid

Type, working temperature, flow in l/min or m³/h, back-pressure, and whether it is abrasive or solidifies when cold. Two lines on WhatsApp or the quote form are enough.

  2. Receive the technical proposal

From our Bologna factory we indicate series, model, drive, heating system and materials, with real flow rates at the planned speed.

  3. A pump built for your plant

Design and machining in-house, ISO 9001:2015, ATEX documentation when needed. Direct support from the people who designed the pump.

Heated jackets and the CR series

Describe the fluid, we will size the pump

Fluid type, temperature, flow rate and pressure: with these data our Bologna factory replies with the recommended model, drive and heating system.
